The first production in the season that marks the Grand Rapids Ballet's 50th Anniversary, Ben Stevenson OBE's glorious adaptation of the classic fairytale is sure to be an enchanting experience for audiences of all ages. Follow the story of poor Cinderella as she goes from servant to belle of the ball with the help of a magical fairy godmother. What is the story?

This classic fairytale is driven by the romance between Cinderella, a young woman whose domineering stepmother forces her to be a servant in her own home, and her handsome Prince. When Cinderella's Fairy Godmother appears, she is offered the chance to go to the Ball, where the Prince will choose his bride-to-be. A pumpkin carriage and a pair of glass slippers later and a happy ending is in sight...
